Activating Unity license in batch mode tries to open last opened project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Terminal/Windows Powershell
2. In Terminal/Windows Powershell navigate to Editor location
3. Launch Unity Editor with these command parameters: "-batchmode -quit -username {USERNAME} -password {PASSWORD} -serial {SERIAL}"
4. Locate and observe Editor.log output
Expected result: License is activated and Unity Editor exits
Actual result: License is activated, last opened project opens (or quits trying), Unity Editor exits
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a19
Notes: Adding "-logfile -" to parameters makes output go to the Terminal"
