Opened Action Asset is cleared when cutting values in the Input Actions asset (IMGUI)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “InputRepro.zip“
2. Select the “New Controls“ Input Actions asset and press “Edit asset” in the Inspector
3. Select the “New action map“, expand “New action“ and select “<No Binding>”
4. Select the value in the “Press Point“ text field, press the right mouse button, and select “Cut“
Expected result: The value is cut
Actual result: Action Asset is cleared (Especially painful with auto save on as it overwrites the existing changes)
Reproducible with: 1.5.1 (2021.3.27f1), 1.6.1 (2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.3f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a21)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4 (Intel), Windows 10 (by reporter)
