A specific shader becomes gray instead of transparent in built scene view
To reproduce:
1. Open repro project
2. Open 'TestScene'
3. Build scene
Expected: build scene and scene in editor should look identical
Actual: view in the built scene is too gray (issue appears when building 'GlobalFog' shader)
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a6, b1, b3 b4
Not reproduced on: 5.5.0p3, p4, 5.6.0a1
Note: in 5.6.0a5 editor and build game views are both grey
