A second Separation Line appears when opening the Theme Dropdown Menu in the Inspectors Preview Panel for a UI Document UXML a second time

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open any Project
  2. Create a UI Document UXML Asset in the Project Browser and select it
  3. In the Inspector scroll down to the bottom until you see the Preview, enable it if it's not shown
  4. Click on the "Theme" dropdown menu once, close it and then click it again

Actual results: An double separation line appears the second time the dropdown menu is opened between "Preview Theme Settings..." & Theme Options

Expected results: No double separation line appears on second opening of the menu

Reproducible with versions: 6000.4.0b8, 6000.5.0a6

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.67f1, 6000.3.8f1 (No Themes switch feature)
