A pink square appears in the middle of the Scene
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Create a new Scene
3. Observe the Scene\Game view
Expected result: No pink plane is present in the Scene
Actual result: A pink square is in the middle of the Scene
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.13f1, 2022.2.0b2, 2023.1.0a8
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b3, 2022.2.0b5
Could not test with: 2020.3.39f1, 2021.3.6f1 (Package manager errors)
Reproduced on: MacOS 11.6 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
I looked into the case and I believe this is an user error.
Please see my latest comment about the investigation findings.
Replacing the Blur.hlsl shader with my modified version should fix the issue. I verifed the fix locally on PC DX11 2022.2.0b10
