A ghost controller appears in the Input Debug window when plugging and unplugging the controller while entering and exiting the Play mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “Splatoon2D.zip“
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Open the Input Debug window (Window > Analysis > Input Debugger)
4. Plug in the controller through a USB connection
5. Enter the Play mode
6. Unplug the controller
7. Exit the Play mode
8. Plug in the controller
9. Enter the Play mode
10. Exit the Play mode
11. Unplug the controller
12. Plug in the controller
Expected result: Only one controller is present in the Input Debug window
Actual result: Two controllers appear in the Input Debug window
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.9f1, 2022.2.0a16,
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.2.0a17, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a1, 2023.1.0a3
