A Cylinder's Capsule Collider does not have properly rounded values on Initialization
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Create a Cylinder in the Hierarchy view
3. Observe the Capsule Collider values for Center and Radius in the Inspector window
Expected result: The default Center values are "0" and the Radius value is "0.5"
Actual result: The Center X value is shown as "5.960464e-08", Z as "-8.940697e-08" and the Radius as "0.5000001"
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a4, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.1.0a5
Not reproducible in: 2018.1.0a4, 2017.3.1p3, 2017.2.1p4, 2017.1.3p2, 5.6.5p2
