2D Sprite movement handles can be clipped by the camera
2D sprites handles can appear clipped in the scene view and can disappear.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new empty scene
- Create a new sprite in the hierarchy
- Change the scene view to 2D
- Select the sprite, in the inspector move the positions of the transforms to minus values.
- Tweak the Z value and notice that the 2D handles can disappear.
- If you use smaller increments in the Z position you will notice it slowing being clipped.
Tested not working:
Windows: 2020.1.0a23, 2019.3.3f1

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
This is the result of the camera near clip plane intersecting the handle, and expected behavior.
