[2D][SkinningEditor] Vertex weight field in weight slider becomes empty when linking vertex to new bone
Repro steps:
1. Open sample project, select Fei_Cel_group in Assets folder
2. Open sprite editor tab
3. In skinning editor, create a new bone
4. Select weight slider mode
5. Select a vertex on main body and newly created bone
6. Move the amount slider to the right
7. Observe empty name field in vertex weight
Expected result: Bone name field in vertex weight displays name of newly-created bone
Actual result: Bone name field in vertex weight is empty
Reproducible on: 2018.4.19f1 (PSD Importer 1.0.0-preview.4), 2019.2.21f1 (PSD Importer 1.2.0-preview.4), 2019.3.5f1 (PSD Importer 1.2.0-preview.4), 2020.2.0a1.111 (PSD Importer 3.1.1)
