[2D Lights] Dark seam is rendered on the 2D point light outer radius when multiple 2D Point lights are overlapping
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1206039"
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Observe the Scene or the Game view
Expected behavior: The intersection between multiple lights is brighter
Actual behavior: Dark seam lines are rendered in the intersection between multiple Point lights
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b1, 2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f5, 2020.1.0a19
Could not test with: 2017.4.36f1, 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.0a14 (2D Lights were not yet available)
Tested package versions: 6.7.1, 7.1.7, 8.0.0
Notes:
1. 2D lights were introduced in Unity 2019.2.0b1/LWRP 6.7.1
2. Unable to reproduce the issue using other 2D light types
