2D Collider editing resets after making changes to it when in a Prefab mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "2DCollidersBUG.zip"
2. Open "Human" prefab in the Hierarchy window
3. Press on "Edit Collider" in 'Polygon Collider 2D" component
4. Try to edit collider
Expected result: After editing collider, you should be able to edit it again without pressing "Edit Collider" again.
Actual result: Editing is reset after any change to a collider.
Reproduced in: 2018.3.1f1, 2019.1.013
Note:
1. Only reproduced with improved prefabs (2018.3.0a6 and above)
2. Bug reproduces with 2D Colliders, 3D Colliders are not affected.
