[2019.3] Performance degrades heavily when instantiating a few 2D models with animations
To reproduce:
1) Open the attached project and "LevelTest" scene
2) Play it
3) Click a few times on the right side of the game view to cause the character to move right until rats start spawning
Expected: Performance stays relatively the same
Actual: Framerate drops heavily
The results depend on the system. In the tested one, it was ~120 FPS vs ~37 FPS
Not reproduced in 2019.2.16f1, 2019.3.0
Reproduced in 2019.3.0b1, 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.0a3
Not reproduced in 2020.1.0a4
Can't test in 2019.3.0a due to package errors
