2018.2.0a7 Windows 64 Standalone Performance regression
To reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project and build a Windows 64 Standalone Player
2. Run the build
3. Observe that the millisecond counter at the top left
Expected result: Builds with 2018.2.0a7 and later perform slower
Actual result: Build with 2018.2.0a7 performs same as builds on previous versions
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a7, 2018.2.0b3, 2018.3.0a1
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.2f2, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0a6
