1 frame long audio clip plays an inconsistent audio sample or does not play at all in the Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project, SampleScene
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click the button in Game View multiple times
4. Note the sound being played
Expected result: sound that is being played is consistent
Actual result: different samples of the clip are played each time(resulting in distinct, different audio) or sometimes the sound is not played at all
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
Notes:
With older versions of Unity the sound is never played at all, which was improved with Case 1215183

Our priority levels are determined by factors such as the severity and frequency of an issue and the number of users affected by it.
