[Linux] Character '@' is not inputted when pressing AltGr + Q with a German keyboard layout

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-142822” project
2. Change your system’s keyboard language to German
3. Build the project (Files > Build And Run)
4. Once the Player is open select the Input Field
5. Press AltGr + Q key combination
6. Observe the field

Actual result: No text is entered
Expected result: Symbol “@” is entered

Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a2 (d6ca0b768d9f), 6000.0.75f1, 6000.3.15f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a23 (b319b88b2582)
